About Us

Untitled

We are Jesse, Tiffany, and Caleb, and together we are dedicated to raising quality AKC Labrador Retrievers that reflect the very best of the breed. Our mission is to provide families with Labradors that are not only wonderful companions but also possess the structure, stamina, temperament, quality, and drive that make this breed so versatile.

We are committed to preserving the integrity of the Labrador Retriever breed and are proud to offer well-bred, healthy, and well-socialized puppies who are prepared to bring lasting joy to their new families .
Every dog in our program is health tested for life threatening congenital diseases prior to breeding, ensuring that each litter has a strong foundation for health and longevity.

At Green Roof Farm Labradors, we are not a kennel.

Our Labrador Retrievers are not raised in outside runs or separate kennel buildings. They live inside our home — right alongside us — as our personal family pets. They sleep in our home, relax in our living spaces, and are fully integrated into our everyday lives.

They ride in the truck, help with farm chores, lay at our feet in the evenings, and are present for the ordinary and extraordinary moments of life. They are 100% part of our family.

Purposeful & Limited Breeding

We are committed to raising Labradors with intention and integrity. For that reason, we raise one litter per year at most — sometimes none. This allows us to focus fully on the health, development, and early socialization of each puppy without ever compromising the quality of care our dogs receive.

Our Labradors are bred for function, temperament, and versatility—dogs that can confidently step into the many roles Labradors were originally meant for.

Our dogs are carefully selected and paired with the goal of producing companions who excel in:

• Active family homes

• Hunting and field work

• Service and therapy roles

• Obedience and trainability

• Athletic outdoor lifestyles

• Loyal companionship

Because of this focus, our Labradors often have a leaner, more athletic build compared to the heavier, extremely stocky dogs sometimes seen in show-focused lines. This structure supports endurance, stamina, and mobility, allowing them to comfortably participate in long days in the field, outdoor activities, training, or service work.

The Labrador Retriever was originally developed as a working dog, and we strive to preserve those qualities. Our goal is to raise Labradors that are not only beautiful and healthy, but also capable, balanced, and ready to be true partners in everyday life.

Our females are never “retired” and rehomed once their breeding careers are complete. When they are finished raising litters, they remain right here with us — living out their lives as cherished family members. They stay on our couch, in our yard, and in our hearts. Because they were never just breeding dogs. They have always been our pets first.

We believe responsible breeding begins with how the dogs live.

Our Labradors are raised with daily interaction, hands-on attention, and real-life experiences — preparing them to transition seamlessly into their future homes as confident, well-adjusted companions.

This is not a kennel operation.

This is our home.

These are our dogs.

And they are family.

For Tiffany, this work is deeply personal. Having grown up in a family that bred Labradors, she gained decades of hands-on knowledge and experience under the guidance of her father, who taught her everything she knows about the breed. With over 30 years of combined experience, our family brings both passion and expertise to our program.
